Environmental:
Represented 3M in the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Justice’s investigation of the company’s unpermitted releases of Perfluorooctanoic Acid (“PFOA”) into the environment in violation of the Clean Water Act and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
Securities:
Represented a broker-dealer in an investor unsuitability action brought by the Financial Industry Authority.
Transportation:
Advised FCA US on compliance with a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Consent Order following the company’s violations of various federal statutes and regulations; and advised the company on the development and implementation of an internal compliance program.
